What differs my package to others? Simple, it’s a true complete package that will yield the best possible functionality of the EMS4. Other packages use a regular GM MAP sensor and no external IAT sensor. This obligates the user to keep the stock MAF sensor to do all the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) monitoring. Why keep a restriction in your intake tract? You also get secondary coolant temperature sensor with T-Adapter. Other packages try to use the stock coolant sensor for both the stock ECU and EMS4 operation. This has yielded many occasions where the coolant sensor voltage is divided and both ECU’s get incorrect readings. This causes a number of issues including: Stock water temp. Gauge not showing or reading half of the actual temperature which in turn causes possible over heating of the engine since the radiator fans will not turn on appropriately.
