      Yes, the 2008 Tacoma ECU is reflashable.

    Unfortunatly no, this will work only in 2005+ ECU's.

      Hi, if it's 2005 then it can be reflashed. In order to confirm it would be great if you could send me a picture of the ECU Board to confirm connectivity.
